Join ULI Indiana for an immersive OnLocation experience in downtown Noblesville—one of Central Indiana’s most authentic and evolving downtown districts.

As the seat of Hamilton County, Noblesville offers a classic courthouse square anchored by historic architecture, locally owned businesses, and a strong sense of place—qualities many suburban communities are striving to replicate. While its residential base remains modest, downtown continues to punch above its weight as a regional destination and civic hub, supported by active programming, public investment, and growing development interest.

The program will begin with a panel discussion featuring local leaders and practitioners shaping Noblesville’s future, including:
