Dr. Debbie is no stranger to the real estate industry. She has been developing high performing teams and advising owners on operational strategies for more than 30 years. Her background combines front line experience with academic research from both The University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.
Dr. Debbie is often referred to as The Apartment Doctor and has received international recognition for her work. Most notably, she was named as one of twenty most inspiring women by Leaders Magazine and recently was named 2023 Ambassador of the Year by Entryway, a non-profit aimed at ending situational homelessness through careers in the apartment industry. Dr. Debbie believes in the philosophy, “you can dream, build and create the most beautiful place in the world, but it takes PEOPLE to make the dream a reality.” |
