This session will be led by Jake Powers of Safety Resources. \nRather than a full arc flash training\, this forum will provide a high-level overview designed to build awareness and spark discussion among safety leaders. Jake will outline foundational arc flash concepts and explore how arc flash incidents often occur when LOTO cannot be used—or is not properly utilized—helping attendees better connect these two critical safety topics in real-world construction and contractor maintenance environments. This session will be peer-driven and interactive\, encouraging open discussion around challenges\, considerations\, and best practices. \nAttendees can earn up to 0.1 CEU credit for this event by attending and completing a comprehensive check.
